Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系碩博士班 === 94 === For a long time, the issue of building environmental improvement decision is, according to the limited budget and resource condition, how to predict rationally the quality and loading of the building environment of the completing stage in building design phase, and then reach the best efficiency design to accord with the
”Sustainability of earth and heath of human being”.
This research hopes with document retrospect, after assessing assessment tool exploring , relevant research theory and discussing and analyze with the present situation of architectural design at present in relevant, carrying on preliminary expert's interview, seek and ask the suggestions of experts and scholars in all fields, sum up groups of items with “Building Quality” and “Environmental Loading” of building environment that could represent the situation in Taiwan. At last, with the aid of Semantic Differential Method we analyze relationship between the items of the “Building Quality” and “Environmental Loading”. Finally, we build up the proper ”Building Environment Efficiency Model” to offer the relevant professional technicians, research member, designers, developers, material and equipment manufacturers, consumers to evaluate. Our major findings were as below:
1. This research refer to the concept of “Eco-Efficiency” and take it as the basis to build up the “Building Environmental Efficiency” assessment model.
2. With document retrospect of assessment tool, it shows that the evaluating process of GBTool2005 is more flexible, comprehensive and is used under many circumstances. So this research take it as the basis to build the “Building Environmental Efficiency” assessing model.
3. From the result of this research, we knew that the “Indoor Environment” category is the most important of the “Building Quality” Division. The “Luminance and Lighting” and “Ventilation” are the key item among the “Indoor Environment” category. On the other side, the “Environmental Load” category is the most important of the “Environmental Loading” Division. And the “Solid Refection” and the “Total amount of Energy used in Building Life Cycle” are the key item among the “Environmental Loading” division.
4. The experts of the “Building Industry Sector” are less concern about the issues of “Emission of the Greenhouse Gas” and “Gray & Rain water”. The experts of the “Academic Research Sector” are more concern about the issues of “Solid Refection” and “Noise and the Control of Acoustics”.
5. Experts in many nations generally consider that the “Indoor Environment” is the most important category of the “Building Quality” Division. Compared with experts of the nations, experts of Taiwan are obviously much more concerned about the issue of the “Indoor Environment”.
