However due to oxidation problem in high temperature, it is difficult to get good bond strength between titanium and ceramic. In my experiment, I use composite to replace ceramic on pure titanium, and it can overcome the scaling off of the porcelain coating on pure titanium. Furthermore, I change the way of curing composite coating on titanium to shorten the curing time, and I also do some surface treatment on pure titanium in order to promote the bond strength between composite and pure titanium.
