Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 地球科學系碩博士班 === 94 === In Taiwan, the major power is generated from nuclear power plant, thermal power plant and waterpower plant. The power is transformed to be the voltage and transported to users. It usually needs several years, even more than 10 years, to design the survey of transmission lines and the selecting site of electric towers in traditional method. So some new methods are investigated in this study to reduce the working time and manpower. The subjects for this research were: (1) Utilizing the airborne laser scanning scanns the research area. After strip adjustment and verifying the precision, adopts TerraScan software to classify, filter, and thin the laser point. And then uses TerraModeler software to produce the three-dimensional model of the earth's surface i.e. DEM and DSM, and checking the accuracy of DEM and DSM by the height value that survey in the research area. For the unreasonable parts of DEM and DSM, examines and compiles artificially. Finally, using DEM and DSM of the earth's surface and depending on the designing route to paint the profile, plan and topography. (2) By the airborne laser scanning, improve the survey of transmission lines and the selecting site of electric tower, in order to save manpower and time. (3) By the pictures took by the airborne laser scanning, will try to avoid the forest trees to cut down in the course of selecting site of electric tower, in order to preserve the forest reserves. The following results are got in the study: (1) The elevation deviation of field survey between total stations and Airborne laser scanner system is -0.4m~0.5m. (2) 77 working days can be reduced because of using airborne laser scanner system and RTK survey instead of traditional survey of the transmission lines. (3) It is suitable to use the airborne laser scanner system on the survey of long lines, but it is better to use the traditional survey method on short lines.
