Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工業與資訊管理學系碩博士班 === 94 === Recently, owing to the trend of globalization, the supply chain in Semiconductor Industry cannot consider only quality, time, price, technology and online system. It also needs to put the growing demands of cooperative network into consideration. That is, if the IC design house is not able to co-operate with IC manufacturing, packaging and testing systems and solve the problems with a least delay, it will surely fail to meet the demands of the fast-moving market. Accordingly, the aim of this research is to explore a multiple-phases index according to the criteria of supplier selection in different phases, nations and industries in order to solve the problem caused by the new demands of selecting IC Wafer Fabrication. To reach this aim, this research will collect data by doing questionnaires and then analyze these questionnaires by applying Analytical Hierarchical Process and Fuzzy Multi attribute Decision Making Model to come up the best criteria and strategy. In brief, the result of this research can directly be applied to the selection of the IC Wafer Fabrication. Therefore, it can provide the supply chain in Semiconductor Industry with an update strategy to meet the fast and changeable demands of its market in time.
