Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工學院工程管理專班 === 94 === During recent years, the practice of Knowledge Management (KM) has made many successful cases in increasing enterprises' global power of innovation and competition. Nevertheless, up to date, the concept of “knowledge management” is still in its infancy for professional military organization, and the professional knowledge assets of the military organization are lack of effective management for a long time. This would not only dissatisfy the need of the present electronic system, but also easily lose its treasure assets during the knowledge transferring. Therefore, the present study is intended to establish a model for implementing the knowledge management to an organization in military construction engineering to augment the professional ability and its execution capability. This study mainly adopts the method of case study and conducts the questionnaire method to collect the data. Based on the character of the organization, a questionnaire is designed to include such knowledge management activities as transforming, acquiring, creating, accumulating, sharing, and their elements as leadership, culture, technology, measurement. The data obtained from the questionnaire survey are then analyzed for understanding the organization of military construction engineering concerning the problems and difficulties in managing the knowledge. Referring to the past literatures concerning the application of the knowledge management, a model of steps and procedures in implementing the required knowledge management is proposed for the model organization of military construction engineering being studied. Although the present case takes a military construction engineering unit as an example for study, the procedure and the method of KM application can provide to the other military logistics units for reference as well.
