Subject: Research in Technology releases Performance for both
Taiwan`s equipment Agent and Headquarter

In the global technology change with passing day, The technology releases that is significantly important no matter of new product development、new equipment, new process. In the meanwhile, The Semiconductor industry is still developing newest technology for the new generation coming.
Therefore, I research toward the different of Companies fundamental, Technic capability, Technology releases Model between Taiwan Local and Oversea Semiconductor Equipment Agent for to go a step further evaluating and analyzing the effects.
This research only for the investigation of R&D people of Taiwan semiconductor equipment agent and having actually issued questionnaire 89 copies, returned 51 copies were valid, 10 copies were invalid, effective in total 41 copies, so that effective percentage 46%.
Questionnaire statistic methods are used descriptive analysis, correlation, one-way ANOVA/T-Test and Scheffe post hypothesis test.
The research we found the whole R&D people and relative expense was low in proportional, Obviously, It quite needed improving and enhancing in Taiwan, As for technology releases mode, The new product releases is very important as same as Technology transference , Especially, Taiwan cooperate with oversea supplier in main technology.
The equipment capability was first and information capability was lowest in the technology capability rank; However, The enhancing constitution was first and quality technology was lowest in the technology releases rank. As above were showed, Taiwan semiconductor industries did strongly attention to related equipments, In the contrast,The accumulating technical knowledge, Technical Transmission, Technical Information update to date were weakly. Base on performance, More attention to people and research-development ability, increase technical information,new product development, new market development etc, but qualities improvement and manufacturing procedures was relative to weak.
