And the " courses of action " of soul of six sigma among them are whole improve the pivot that the activity and system cannel into, the success or failure of six sigma activities can be found out from the implementation of course of action. From the improved goal and procedure, procedure after improving is it it in charge offs to be the all linked with one another procedure to accuse of whole execution of course of action, so assess criterion in performance that originally researches and proposes the " course of action of six sigma " of one set, to help the domestic semiconductor industry to analyse the performance of every course of action. The first research finds out ' six sigma Critical success factors ' of the resource misdistribution with the weight value of ' the successful factor of six sigma key ' with performance matrix at first, channel into the dust concerned with analysing while analysinging individually.。Hope with the completion of this research except that the performance to the course of action of six sigma is analysed and proposed, can offer a set of methods to carry on the performance assessment course of action for the relevant industries of semiconductor that have already been channeled into six sigma at home, and can do in order to consult as the relevant industries of the semiconductor wanting to channel into six sigma backward.
