The quality of effective measurement system is therefore became an important topic.
This research discusses with five statistics estimate characteristics of QS9000 measurement system, which are Bias、Stability、Linearity、Repeatability and Reproducibility, Moreover, an analysis process model of quantitative measure system is established in order to ensure the quality of measurement system. A case study of the color liquid crystal display measurement system in a well-known company, which located in the middle part of Taiwan, in order to be the estimate and application of this research. The contributions of measurement system analysis can be important for the industry on understanding and referring whether the key quality characteristics of color liquid crystal display have enough measuring capabilities for companies to exam and improve process which referring.
