The fields of nanometer technology include medical engineering, photoelectric communication, mechanical industry, people's livelihood products, etc. As long as the product is labeled as nanometer, its technology and quality seems to be more assured, and its value is also increased. Moreover, when various nanometer products increase in market, quality becomes important. 6-Sigma is a very important quality management system that produces great change and organization reengineering. In general, 6- Sigma focus on process capability improvement, process improvement, and defect reduction. At present, it is a very effective method to improve the quality of the products. The study improves the quality of products via 6-sigma methods. The defect rate during production may decrease via this approach. In addition, the quality and reliability of the products may increase and the production costs can be reduced significantly. The limitation of this study study as follows. In order to obtain more reliable and objective data, future research could focus on the quality promotion as well as the improvement of the equipment.
