Its application in middle on large size back light modules is getting popular to replace some of the traditional Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp (CCFL) tube. In this thesis, a optical software called “SPEOS” is used to design and simulate a 15 inches back light module with the new type of high power LED and different surface properties (polished or rough) of scattering dots. The content includes:a. Design the high power LED light source. b. Build the 3D models of the light guide plate with scattering dots pattern and study the optimum V-cut structure for the light source. c. Investigate the final performance of the back light module by combining the previous results with the optical films including the diffuser films and prism films. By using the theoretic analysis and systematic design and simulation, many useful results about the modules structure parameters can be obtained and they can be used as valuable references for further manufacture of the 15” LED-base back light module. 韓斌 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW |
