Characteristics of LixMnO2 thin films, including surface morphology, crystal structures, compositions, and chemical bondings, were studied using TGA/DTA, XRD, SEM/EDS, ICP-MS, Raman scattering and FTIR Spectroscopy. In addition, the electrochemical properties were investigated by CV analysis and charge/discharge cycle tests. The value of x in LixMnO2 was about 0.4~0.6. The insertion of Li+ can stabilize the structure of α-MnO2 from transforming into Mn2O3 at 700℃. The LixMnO2 coated specimen annealed at 200~250℃ can provide a capacity as much as that annealed at 300~400℃. Considering the selection of substrates, initial discharge capacity and cycle life, the coated specimen annealed at 230℃is the better choice. 顏秀崗 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW |
