Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 化學系所 === 94 === Copper-catalyzed C-N-, C-O-, and C-S- coupling reaction are powerful tools in organic synthesis and have been extensively reinvestigated in resent years. We have developed a general, efficient, and inexpensive catalyst system via 10 mol % of CuI as copper source, 10 mol % of 1,1,1-tris(hydroxymethyl)ethane(tripod ligand 16) as the ligand (1) K3PO4 or Cs2CO3 as the base, and DMF:1,4-dioxane = 1 : 9 as the mix solvent, for arylation of amides, and we could obtain very good yield. (73~98%);(2) Cs2CO3 as the base, DMF as the solvent, for arylation of heterocyclos, and we could obtain very good yield. (69~98%);(3) Cs2CO3 as the base, and DMF:1,4-dioxane = 1 : 9 as the mix solvent, for arylation of thiophenols, and we could obtain very good yield. (91~98%).
