碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 資訊科學系 === 94 === Knowledge management is an important policy to promote competitiveness of enterprise; it could change organizational experience and individual knowledge to important knowledge assets of enterprise. The combination of information technology and knowledge management could create enterprise intelligence and keep the competition advantages of enterprises. However, present knowledge management system not as good as expectancy, probing the reason could be divided into two parts： 1. Tacit knowledge is difficult to transforming as explicit knowledge. 2. Lack effectively tools let people who need knowledge and finding it. The characteristic of tacit knowledge is difficult to encoding it. Blog is an unofficial knowledge management tool, it has knowledge management potentiality. Blog can catch and collect knowledge that dispersed inside organization in time. Utilize Blog, the tacit knowledge will turn into explicit knowledge easily. Blog is an individualized network daily record; it may cause the knowledge of Blog to disperse the corner in the organizing, so that it is difficult to find out the knowledge needed. We propose that using knowledge recommendation technology, to Integrated the knowledge in Blog. Utilize the knowledge recommendation technology can find suitable knowledge from each member's Blog conveniently and rapidly.
