The results showed that, the repetitive motion of body parts those are head, back and leg had achieved AC2. More than 6.97% of whole body posture which synthesis judgment had reached the AC3. The sources of unnatural posture are refueling with lower lubrication hole in locomotive and vehicle service like washing higher vehicle or clean lower parts of vehicles. Female limited by her body size had more risk of injury on refueling and vehicle service. The NMQ questionnaire also been used to investigate the distribution of musculoskeletal symptom for pump attendant. The results of questionnaires showed that there were significant relationship between sex distinction and other worker; female in pregnancy and present work experience, overall work experience; heights and sport customs, rest; right or left hander and the weight of oil gun, spots customs, rests of a month.
