Process Benchmarking (PB) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) using Gap Analysis of Process Logic (GAPL) to review companies’ processes have become the most popular method for process improvement. However, the process analysis functions that BPE system provided always focus on process reachability, simulation and diagnosis, test and verify, and performance analysis. There is no BPE system really supports GAPL between business process models. For this reason, the objective of this research is to develop a process representation that can be integrated in existing BPE system and help project team to deal with the GAPL task. First, a suitable business process representation for GAPL was developed and then an analysis and comparison method based on the proposed representation was introduced. Y. C.
