The data were anlaysed by descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Person Correlation Coefficients, and multiple regression. The result of the study displayed the most symptom distress in cervical cancer patients were bowel movement change, fatigue, insomnia and urination change. And 71% of cervical cancer patients have depression. The depression and symptom distress have positive correlation. The age and performance status are significantly negative correlation with QoL. The degress of education and home income are significantly positive correlation. Depression and symptom distress are negative correlation with QoL. The coeffiecient of determination of depression and age to QoL is 30.5%. The result of this study can provide health provider to more understand the needs and complication of cervical cancer patients.
