Thus it could help business to approach the goal of solving the problem of customers lost in B2C supply chain. The e-SCM alarming system of development and design was contenting three levels in this research. The first level was data-mining level, which was used the data-mining techniques of neural network and decision tree to building the rules of customer’s losing; the second level was knowledge level, which was utilized the operated interface of friend and easily understood for experts, after the judgments and pruning the customers’ rules, then the agent autonomous to capture the experts’ knowledge into knowledge database; the third level was decision-support level, which was autonomous to alarm the features of customers’ losing when be started in each month, and then it was also provided the queried function for service operators. The contributions in this research was designed and development an e-SCM alarming system, through the practical examining of case study in a motor sales company, the results were found the system could really provided functions of alarming, queried, knowledge, intelligent and autonomous, which were except for decision maker to make a strategy of service, also could help business to select a suitable service to stop the customers’ losing. The e-SCM alarming system of development and design was contenting three levels in this research.
