This is which tests young person in charge's management idea and development direction. Center the small business owners’ the self-efficacy and the knowledge sharing intention extremely needs an important management ability - human resources management. Nowadays competes the economic system, the promotion manpower quality will organize to the enterprise to have the positive help. This research mainly research object is the mid-and-small enterprise in Ding Fan Po community, Chung Hwa County, Taiwan, which lies in discussing these entrepreneurs in charge the self-efficacy and the relationship of knowledge sharing intention. And lists item by item the definition of self-efficacy and the knowledge sharing intention, the process, the operation, the measuring tool and the correlation factors, takes this research rationale. Meter of the use mainly uses Senge the rationale to take the knowledge sharing intention meter and Sherer & Maddux establishment the self-efficacy meter, and understands two relations using the Multiple Regression Analysis. Formerly studied, regarding of the correlation or the influence of the knowledge sharing intention research, emphasized to the sole variable to research the sole variable. This research emphasized the self-efficacy to the knowledge sharing intention at four constructions surface between the correlation, especially in the affiliation is joining the control variables, why uses for to compare is in under the same industry between to relate, hoped the affiliation findings may deduce to other industries in the mid- and small-scale entrepreneurs . The research discovered the Taiwan plumbing entrepreneurs in charge the self-efficacy to share individual to be sensitive and the secret intrinsic knowledge with encourages the other people studies reveal the correlation, but sharing individual general intrinsic knowledge and the sharing study opportunity not to have reveals the correlation. Even though the same self-efficacy faces the different knowledge contents, individual cognition, the sex, the age, the turnover, the personal income, the enterprise scale and the period of service, reveal the result of the different sharing intention, but the different businesses also have the different sharing intention. Mid- and-small enterprise’s road of survival must understand the change, the ability and the entrepreneurs in charge profoundly are connected to organization's development, and the affiliations this research obtained relevance findings that let mid- and small-scale entrepreneurs in tradition change their idea. Promoting own ability to help the organization to have more competitive advantage, this is the final goal of this research.
