Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士在職專班 === 94 === There are plenty of disputes and arguments existed between government institutions and business organizations when they are doing business with each other. The reason is that government institution, using the budget to purchase whatever they need to implement their errands and tasks, can lead to social maladies such as bribery, embezzlement, illegal occupation, and so on. On the other hand, the companies are trying to do everything they can such as distortion, smirching, and jerrybuild to get the contracts and profits from those government’s deal. Accordingly, The Law of Government Procurement in a sense was created to reduce this kind of disputes and arguments as much as possible if followed by both sides and to fulfill the task given by the superior from their organizations.
