Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士在職專班 === 94 === This study aims to explore and analyze the management strategy of Jinning Elementary & Junior High School in Kinmen County. Specifically, the purpose of this research is to construct an analytical framework for collaboration between the school and community. In addition, the utilization of educational resources and the application of management strategy of the Jinning Elementary & Junior High School in Kinmen are studied as well. Finally, a developmental strategy for shaping the relationship between school and community is suggested for the case. Survey research and in-depth interview are two major methods used in this research. Two major research findings are as follows. First, parents and teachers have roughly similar level of recognition to school’s management performance, with parents a little bit higher. Second, the appropriate collaboration pattern for case school and community should be based on mutual trust and fully empowerment to agents involved.
