The purposes of this policy are promote the hygiene, stability society and promote the quality of the life. Though there are already over 95% medical institutions to join the BNHI, it is still having heavy burden on the medical center to take care of patient. As to medical center, in order to ensure the people''s rights, it is the main purpose for medical center to provide friendly of service and promote quality of service to patient. The most important factor to influence the service of medical center is employee satisfaction. So in this research, we will base on satisfied theory to set up an analytic framework that evaluates the employee satisfaction of medical center. The main purpose of this research is as follows: 1.To set up an analytic framework of employee satisfaction of medical center and using systematic analytical process to proceed carry on survey questionnaire. 2.To find out the degree of satisfaction of employee in medical center, including work itself, pay system, promotion system, relation with supervisor and relation with co-worker. 3.To confer the factor of influencing satisfaction of employee. 4.To confer the difference of employee satisfaction from sex, age, duty, academic credentials, office rank, etc.
