Because of the promotion, improving the service qualities becomes the major tasks for all hotels. Recently, there are many researches for hotel industries. This research is using structural equation model to discuss the causal effects of the job motivation, job satisfaction, job stress, job involvement and the job performance. As a result, it provides valuable information for better management in human resource department. In addition, this research conducts 1000 surveys to 9 participated international full-time hotel employees at Taipei. The return rate of the survey is 66.3 percent; there are 663 usable surveys. In conclusion, the research reveals that job motivation, job performance. Furthermore, job stress shows the negative relation for job involvement.
