This research attempts from the theory idea to induce the knowledge absorption management the idea overhead construction, and the penetration studies constructs constructs the operational management solid service activity, connects the theory and during the solid service crevice.
Induce through the cultural heritage with thorough interview, knowledge''s absorbing to manage the concept can be divided into the knowledge to obtain, knowledge inside turn to apply three processes with knowledge.
First, a factor that the knowledge obtains includes to obtain the mode, obtain the source and learn the activity and manage the activity.
