For instance, the risk of the cost, technological risk, tactics risk or the management risk, etc. Because the damage of risk that will not take place immediately, it is often neglected by enterprise''s manager. But as these risks take place, it often brings a great disaster to enterprises. So, the enterprises should deep consider the risk factors as implementing the IT Outsourcing project. This research purpose is to explore the IT Outsourcing risk and the main factors to cause the risk of IT Outsourcing. We construct of the research framework including interior, exterior, and relational risk constructs. The samples are Taiwanese industry data. We used the two-stage analysis method at the first phase, collect sample information through questionnaire investigation. And then utilize the factor analysis to verify the result. At the second phase, We used experts interviewing method to investigate the strategy for IT Outsourcing risk. The results we get that The interior influencing factors of risk including ”Experience and management factors”, “Resources factors”, and the “cost and system factors”, The exterior influencing factors of risk including “Out of control factors”, and “technical factors”. The relational influencing factors of risk including ” Interaction and Security factors”, and “Dependence factors”. Finally, we get a suitable strategy to solve the IT Outsourcing risk.
