Although RFID provides information of real-time and track of item-level that decline indirect loss, the replenishment policy is still the key to effect indirect loss though RFID can decline base on the research report of Young M. Lee et al. According to the reason, the paper studies on how to make a good replenishment policy in order to decline the indirect loss. We use the queueing theory to solve the question on the research, and propose one stage replenishment policy and two stages replenishment policy. Last, we prove two stages replenishment policy is better than one stage replenishment policy through SMPL analysis.
