With the developing of communctaion techeqine and media envirnemnt huge revolation cause more competitive situation for TV station, thus how to produce the successful TV series attract the academic community’s interest. However, the academic world lack the related practical research about the production of the successful TV series in the past. The purpose of this research are as below: 1) To find out the Applicability of the Evaluation Criteria of Taiwanese TV Series, 2) To find out the factors of the producing the Evaluation Criteria of Taiwanese TV Series. Method： This study uses Questionnaire Survey Law and In-depth Interview Law to find out the Applicability of the Evaluation Criteria of Taiwanese TV Series by progames with different rating level from six senior executives’ standpoints. The key evaluated objectives are the six program which with ‘high’, ‘medium’and ‘low’rating, high rating program. they are “ Yi Nan Wang” and “Taiwan Long Juan Feng”, Medium rating program are “Diao Man Gong Zhu”, “Xian Jian Gi Xia Zhuan” , low rating program are” Zhu Zuo Bian Zhu You Bian” and “ Po Xi Guo Zhao Gian Bai Hui”. This study finds that ‘script’, ‘target audience’ and ‘channel’ are applicative, but ‘actors’, ‘production’, ’marketing’ and ‘environment” are not applicative.The study shows the result that found out the Applicability of the Evaluation Criteria of Taiwanese TV Series, as well as gain the recommendations for revising the enfect factors of the successful TV series. This study through out the check of Applicability about the Evaluation Criteria of Taiwanese TV Series in practical way, which not only solid the field of production and management to TV stations, but also find out the factors of the producing the Evaluation Criteria of Taiwanese TV Series. In the future, it maybe can check the Applicability about the Evaluation Criteria of Taiwanese TV Series from different standpoints, and find out the Applicability of the Evaluation Criteria of Taiwanese TV Series to difffernet industry.
