In order to achieve this purpose, first, I found the related literature to approach a further study. According to the general idea, the basic theory, and connected research, I compiled my own research tools. Secondly, I surveyed 591 private kindergarten teachers randomly from Taipei country to do the test. But only 304 valid questionnaires were analyzed by statistical methods, and using the software of SPSS 13.0 for windows. The important results were presented as follows: 1. Parents and teachers had different perception in conflict, especially in upbringing and interpretation of discipline. 2. Different background teachers had significant difference in perceiving parents and teachers’ conflict. 3. Teacher possessed better emotional managerial skill, because they took more time in handling human relation 4. Teacher made longer teaching commitment, because they thought professional growth were important. 5. Different background teachers were significant difference in teaching emotion. 6.
