Great forks of political standpoint between the cross-strait involved a serious dilemma, which restricted crimes defending and making efficient to both sides. Avoiding of these disputes, the cross-strait should recognize that constant communicating and cooperating were the best recommendation of receiving mutual benefit. There is consensus in fighting drugs among topics of joint efforts on cracking down the cross-strait crimes. However, tacit cooperation beyond the boundary such as exchanging crimes information and arresting or extraditing suspects, was stopped at the barriers because the cross-strait did not have specific and instituted measures up to now.   According to the literature review and practical infield investigation of drug crimes, promoting cooperative mechanism and developing normal negotiation would be efficient and perspective to eliminate drugs crimes between the cross-strait. At the same time, it is useful to enhance sufficient of jointing efforts on cracking down the cross-strait drug crimes by establishing criminal intelligence system, crimes preventing institution, and international webbing mechanism.
