The relevant information for emerqently adapting to disaster report are uneasy to exchange into the issue of calamity location thus to influence the proceeding of disaster rescuer and response. Sometimes there do exist unexquisitely narrative situation on general oral presentation style to spatial description so as to very hard to exactly have corresponding position when analyzing address matching thus to cause bottleneck on the Immediate Orientation Technology for spatial application. If this issue can be broken through it will be helpful on the studying work of spatial orientation.
Thus, this article taking Tainan City as studying area to collect historical database of past calamity reports and aiming at scrutinizing various oral narration patterns to obtain relevant spatial location and cognizable spatial elements then summing up spatial descriptions by applying neural networks learning experimental and classifying into accurate orientation rule, fuzzy orientation rule, and regional orientation rule and further to orientate technology development as the basis for improving the issue of spatial description and address matching technology.
