Summary: | 碩士 === 立德管理學院 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 94 === The purpose of this research is to empirically test the relationships among traits,leadership behaviors, organizational citizenship behaviors, and female leader emergence. The research instrument was composed of two questionnaires including leadership behaviors that was based on LBDQ XⅡ, traits that was based on Costa and
McCrae(1986), organizational citizenship behaviors that was based on Williams and
Anderson(1991), and leader emergence which was measured by the steps of management.This research belongs to a quantitative examination that adopts questionnaires survey to gather the data with 215 valid respondents. The results of this study indicated (1) There are significant relationships between traits and leader emergence,(2) There are significant relationships between higher degree of leadership behavior and leader emergence, (3) Leadership behavior have different degree moderated the relationships between traits and leader emergence ,(4) Leadership behavior of male
and female in different degree moderated the relationships between traits and leader
emergence, (5) There are significant relationships between organizational citizenship
behaviors and leader emergence, (6) Organizational citizenship behaviors of male and
female in different relationships with leader emergence. Conclusions and recommendations were also drawn based on the research results.
