The main purpose of this study is to explore the feasible strategy and barrier factors while carrying out knowledge management by the logistics department of armed forces. Logistics department of Ping-Tung air force is selected as an example for questionnaire. From the empirical study, knowledge obtaining, knowledge sharing and knowledge application are the most recognized strategies. The conclusions found in this study will be valuable suggestions for logistics department of armed forces to carrying out knowledge management.
