From the viewpoints of practical administrator of ISO 9001 quality system in small and medium-sized enterprises, probe into the relationship between ISO 9001 quality management system and four interdynamic "SECI" ways for knowledge creation process through investigating the method in interview, the influence the creation of the knowledge of small and medium-sized enterprises. Regarding small and medium-sized enterprises of the manufacturing industry of Taiwan as the research object, the purpose lies in the knowledge of small and medium-sized enterprises based on ISO 9001 quality management system, and to develop out the ISO 9001: 2000 quality 24 main activities and knowledge management system create the association which use the place. Firstly, influence and characteristic that small and medium-sized enterprises ISO 9001 quality management system and knowledge creation are summed up. And then, a conceptual model combining the ISO 9001 quality management system and knowledge creation process is built for the medium-sized enterprises. Finally, ISO 9001:2000 intension, knowledge management intension, the interactions of ISO 9001:2000 and SECI model are expanded by different perspectives.
