Statistical methods such as reliability, analysis of variance, canonical correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, cluster analysis, and discriminate analysis are adopted to investigate the correlations among knowledge strategy, core competence and operational performance. The result indicated that knowledge management strategy has significant positive influence on core competence and business performance, and the firms of systematical knowledge management strategy style have higher core competence and better business performance. On the other hand, the business characteristics have significant influence on core competence and business performance as well.
