The most common one is the situation of replacing Fixed-Duration Contract Engineers with Full-Time Contract Engineers. This research investigated with questionnaires and analysis the influences of different sample statistic variants and different employment mode (full-time contract engineers and fixed-duration contract engineers)on job performance . The objectives of this research are listed below:
1. To investigate the influences of different statistic variants on job performance of full-time contract engineers.
2. To investigate the influences of different statistic variants on job performance of fixed-duration contract engineers.
