Nevertheless, when the process mean shifts quickly that is related to tool wear, it may reduce the sensitivity of acceptance control chart by using a fixed sampling interval. In this study, we use variable sampling interval to build a Variable Sampling Interval - Adaptive Acceptance Control Chart based on adaptive acceptance control chart.
