Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所碩士班 === 94 === The purpose of this study aimed to study the environment of resource-recycling industry and its management model and to bring up management strategies of 3C rsource-recycling industry. Research methods included literature review, expert interview, case study as well as comparison research method. According to the consequence from comparison research, these two companies adopted the same strategies in cost minimize, prospector strategy, differentiation strategy, market penetration. However, they also had different strategy in concentric diversification strategy, conglomerate diversification strategy, strategic alliance, and diversification strategy. Some recommendations based on conclusions, the adaptable advices for government from this study included 1. Clearing law definition in waste of 3C and revising them regularly by development of technology. 2 Making policy to encourage exchanging knowledge and technology with each other .3 Developing international professional certification system for resource-recycling industry and synchronizing 4 Enhancing the creation of strategy and enlarging niche of resource-recycling industry. 5. Enhancing alliance of resource-recycling industry and promoting resource sharing 6.Enhancing new technology to meet the requirement from environment. Some other adaptable recommendations for company included:1. Adopting prospector strategy when economic descending and assistance insufficient from government 2.Adopting the strategic alliance when innovation and technical abilities were not good enough .3.Using market penetration when economic descending and assistance insufficient from government. 4. Adopting concentric diversification or cost minimize strategy, when the competence with developed countries and emerging nation in the low price of dealing with waste in marketing. 5. Adopting differentiation strategy when domestic resource-recycling cost was high and free competitive market. 6. Adopting the conglomerate diversification strategy when domestic resource-recycling cost was high and governmental compensation measurement. 7. Adopting diversification strategy when assistance from government and source of waste unstable.
