Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 商務經營研究所 === 94 === Cash card customer is consumption loaners’ “ Marginal Colony ”. High premium come with high risk. Therefore, it is important to control the quantity of creditable approve or not on cash cards sale.
The result of this research divided the cash card credit risk factor into two categories with 20 parametric items: (1) Customer’s basic information is base credit risk parameter (for example: sex, age, occupation, yearly incomes etc…). (2) Credit Union Center’s customer financial information, after an appropriate calculating personal financial burden (income interest rate) and credit expansion (income debt rate, usage rate).. financial rate are financial risk parameter (for example: income interest rate of mortgage ,income debt rate of mortgage , usage rate of mortgage….etc).
After the experiments on the result of this research: (1)Sex, yearly income, usage rate of mortgage, usage rate of credit card, usage rate of cash card, total 5 parametric items ( two basic parameter and three personal financial parameter), are important to determine if the cash card is pass due and break the contract.(2) Add the personal financial parameter into the basic parameter, can efficiently bring up logistic regression model accuracy.
