First of all, the dissertation will consult the existing designs and relevant references to design Auto-wire stripper, but this designed is not perfect, in order to make the elastic force compliant of Auto-wire stripper more reliable , so need more link , here will apply structural synthesis method to design Auto-wire stripper and to choose the most suitable mechanism, then complete the preliminary design of compliant Auto-wire stripper. The dissertation will applies two kinds of analytical methods to analysis compliant Auto-wire mechanism, the first kind of method will use Autodesk Inventor to analysis , the analysis theory of this software is Finite elements method, the compliant mechanism analytical method that the second kind of method is composed by S.Venanzi, but this method has not been applied to other mechanisms , so there is necessity probed into further, The dissertation will compare the theories of these two kinds of methods , and probe into the suitable occasion and restriction of the second kind of method , then chooses the best type of the designs by the analysis . Finally , to draw the 3D model with Autodesk Inventor and to make the fact model, in order to prove whether the design is feasible.
