This research gives analysis to find the conflict between the issues of pilot-run and its influence on mass production by using the Theory of Constraint from capability management, delivery management, production management and production quality. Therefore, the Current Reality Tree, Tactical Objectives, and Future Reality Tree could be developed finally. Based on constraint engineering, we should choose the key point of pilot-run production and construct future production mode in Future Reality Tree. This research gives analysis to find the conflict between the issues of pilot-run and its influence on mass production by using the Theory of Constraint from capability management, delivery management, production management and production quality. Therefore, the Current Reality Tree, Tactical Objectives, and Future Reality Tree could be developed finally.
