Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 94 === To explore the method of DEP control system on cell, the TRIZ theory is applied in this research, including: Su-Filed Analysis, Altshuller's Table of Contradictions, 40 Inventive Principles, 39 Engineering Parameter System and the TRIZ innovative rule. The TRIZ system is used mainly to dissolve design issues and patent applications. During the TRIZ analyzing procedure, the Su-Filed Analysis is used to establish the objective of the design. Based on the objective, the Altshuller's Table of Contradictions is then used to find out the improving factors as well as the worsening factors. Finally the suitable methodologies are determined from the 40 innovative principles. To optimize the design process for DEP to control the cell, a micro-control system has been developed. The research is based on the fact that cells do not have electrical charge, and under different dielertric characteristic.
