This development can be divided into two steps. The first one is to establish a platform to that the virtual injection modeling machine can be settled. It includes the integration of VR and mechanism analysis. The second step is to establish the interactive operating system. In this step, domain knowledge of injection machine operation provided by manufacturing company is translated into acting script to drive virtual animation. By the help of the virtual injection modeling machine, there are four advantages, including: (1) avoid novices injury and equipments damage, (2) reduce training cost, (3) promote learning motivation and improve learning efficiency, (4) learn operation in anywhere and anytime.
