| Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 94 === Color matching is an essential process in many technical productions. Currently, completion of the process depends on an experienced color-matching technician. Even through, color matching results could be different due to the reasons such as the difference of personal value, the difference of surrounding light source, the difference of personal mind condition.
This research uses a color CCD camera under a stable white light source. Besides, RGB quantitative analysis is adopted. The studied object is silicone rubber which is added with different percentage of color material, and even by roller and pressurized. In addition, the object will present different color after heating up and vulcanization. This research discusses the color matching of one additive only.
This research introduces an expert system and it can work as a reference for color matching and provide information regarding material additive’s percentage.
