碩士 === 開南管理學院 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 94 === The study explored the result of R&D performance for the semi-conductor industry’s new product R&D organization by combining with Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).This performance evaluation system is based on the relationship of cause-and-effects of the BSC, and then we use DEA to evaluate performance of learning and growth aspect /internal business process aspect, internal business process aspect/ customer aspect, customer aspect/ financial aspect. Finally, we can synthetically apply the model of DEA and AHP to establish the performance analysis to the New Product R&D Organization and discuss the result of evaluating performance of the new product R&D organization. Furthermore, we can compare with the difference between subjective and objective aspects. We expect the result of this study can help High-Tech Industries develop their R&D performance.
