Summary: | 碩士 === 高雄醫學大學 === 藥學研究所碩士班 === 94 === A simple and selective capillary electrophoresis (CE) using surfactant with UV detection is described for the simultaneous determination of selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors (COX-2 inhibitors), celecoxib, meloxicam and rofecoxib. This analysis was performed in Tris buffer (10 mM; pH 11) with sodium octanesulfonate (SOS) 60 mM and acetonitril 20% (ACN) as an anionic surfactant and organic modifier, respectively.
Several parameters affecting the separation of the drugs were studied, including the pH and concentrations of the Tris buffer and concentrations of SOS and the percentage of ACN. Application of the method to the determination of celecoxib, meloxicam in commercial formulations was proved to be feasible.
