This research purpose is the first: Origin cause of formation , crime tactics and crime course taking place in case that men and women''s family kills to the family. Second: Do the foundation of the spiritual testimonial for the analysis basis, the relevant factor of the crime that the family kills that understand . If should really understand the murderer''s inner world in depth, we must pointed other differences are compared . Methids: This research is directed against the past 20 years (from the 72nd year of the Republic of China to the 92nd year of the Republic of China) domestic one hospital of city of Kaohsjung commented the relevant materials of the family murder of the ancient bronze mirror (spiritual testimonial, the court verdicts of case history , court) read one by one, there are 78 cases altogether, the statistical analysis of the crime that and carry on the family and kill. Results： The inflictor relies mainly on meridian of life, the following with junior middle school of education degree is much, the social stratum is low. �� Spouses (17.6% ) in order to wound the parents (47.3% ) , secondly more of persons who are injured of man �� omen persons who are injured , in order to wound the children (47.1% ) more, secondly the spouse (35.3% ) �� The inflictor rely mainly on man''s meridian of life more, the injured party is mostly child and old man with the victim. �� Commit a crime spiritual state by appearing attacking or destruction (47.4% ) , vainly hope (41% ) separately at that time, the impulse (38.5% ) that can''t be controlled is the main fact. Women inflictor''s spiritual situation at that time committing a crime was as the main fact with destruction (60.0% ) , vainlying hope (46.7% ) , serious melancholy symptom (40.0% ). �� The persons who are injured of man are as the main fact with the schizophrenia (39.7% ) , medicine / material abusing (28.6% ) , vainlying hope mental diseases (15.9% ); The persons who are injured of women , as the main fact with schizophrenia (46.7%), the vainlying hope mental diseases (20.0% ), spiritual functional disease (13.3% ) Conduction: In order to prevent similar tragedy from occurring, only combine the units , such as education , alert policy , administration of justice and medical treatment ,etc., can offer a piece of effective prevention and cure tactics to Taiwan .
