Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 土木與生態工程學系碩士班 === 94 === Construction site management, when implemented, is highly complicated, involving a wide variety of affairs in the work itself as well as relevant process and interface. Each operation, during the course of implementation, is filled with many uncertain work related factors and ambiguity. On site management doesn’t follow a clear-cut work routine. Other than the actual engineering staff, it would be difficult for other people to pass judgment on the effectiveness of on-site management and its extent of flaws within a short period of time. To make thing worse, most of the assessment methods belong to post-incident implementation, which renders it impossible to provide timely feedback.
By first generalizing and sorting relevant literature data such as the construction regulations, the research establishes concrete references to representative management procedures for construction sites of various sizes. This research understands the content of management process flow in the construction industry, followed up with Question & Answer and interview to ascertain the priority management items on the job for on-site management staff. Finally, utilizing the fuzzy method to conduct on-the-spot assessment on job site management, from progress control to quality control, safety and hygiene management to cost management and job-site coordination to administration operation, to explore whether job site of various sizes operates differently when it comes to management implementation, while analyzing the co-relation between job-site management human resources allocation and the extent of flaws for management implementation. In the end, this article makes recommendation on job-site management situation in the domestic construction industry, hoping all of the on-site management staffers could join force to improve and elevate the overall level of construction job site management.
