For general microprocessor, there is not the design functionally of privacy. This paper proposes the design of the idea of encryption of software procedure of microprocessor and encryption type microprocessor of kind of encryption, can apply extensively to the designs of microprocessor component and microprocessor embeded type.First of all, software forming is different from software developer in the past primitive procedure; translated by assembler or compiler, then encryption of the software forming is stored. Secondly, on the inside hardware structure of the microprocessor, it is changed the traditional microprocessor for code with reading and storing procedure; procedure that decodes directly and adding a programmable decoder which the code recorded sent the structure of the order decoder after deciphering. While studying, it finishes to divide into two parts of software and hardware.The part of software writes the window interface of code with Borland C++. Design the hardware decoder on a FPGA chip in part of the hardware, proceeds as imitating, proving and compounding first; it is controller 8 bit Intel 8051 to combine more forms chips、 8 bit Zilog Z80 CPU、16 bit Motorola 68000 CPU make the analysis and test on microprocessor system separately. It is proved that uses the microprocessor of this kind of configuration type to be applied in the systematic design of microprocessor. Excepting can reach the encryption of software to prevent utilizing against the code restoring with disassembler; besides, the programmable decoder at structure in hardware has offered designer a method that stores and locks encryption data. It is unable to be deciphered with CPU simulator (MICE/ICE). This is kind of combination software and configuration type microprocessor of hardware are designed, life-span hoping to offer the microprocessor to use the products that engineer’s privacy and extension in the software procedure design.
