Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理研究所碩士班 === 94 === Amphibious vehicles, which are the equipment of the Marine Corps, are used to move on both land and water. They are used by the landing force to transport manpower and goods as well as materials. Under normal circumstances, they can aid the battle of the landing mechanization. During the stage of navigation, the security of the amphibious vehicles must be secured. Hence, good maintenance can not only increase the duration of the equipment but also maintain its mobility. However, if the repair of the amphibious vehicles is properly managed by the project arrangement, the aim of recovering the property of equipment can be achieved. In other words, under the control of the formulation of the case, the date, cost and quality come up to the requirement of the standard of the case, and this process must rely upon the knowledge and experience of the project management.
Through the process of the management of the project arrangement, this study and the implement of the critical task of the amphibious vehicles, this study investigates the combination of the theory and practice of the project management. Through understanding the practicability and importance of the management of the case arrangement, this study aims to offer the management of case arrangement for the repair of amphibious vehicles some constructive measures in the hope of elevating the efficiency of repair and making contribution to the entire fighting capability.
The repair duration of this study lasts 240 hours. The result obtained from the probability calculation shows that the probability of finishing the project is 68%. Through extra work and distribution of the work, the compressible repair duration can be finished as expected and the probability of getting the project done is 99%. Through the ostensive testing and proofs and comparison with the previous repair model, the model developed from this study has the multi-goals and meets the expectation of the property of the policy decision. It also has flexible policy decision and the procedure of amendment. In addition to considering the supply and need of resources and providing much more careful information about policy decision, this model can evaluate the satisfactory levels pursued by the policy directors and meet the expectation of the application of maintaining landing vehicle tanks.
