Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理研究所碩士班 === 94 === This study tried to treat the Air Force pilots as internal employees within the organizations and adopted the concept of PZB adjustment model. Consequently, a model and assessment sheet for the Air Force management and the quality management of pilots then were developed. All the Air Force pilots were picked randomly and interviewed to conduct this research. SPSS 10.0 was used as the tool for this research analysis and the theory of Qualification Theory Type I was implemented to assess the level of the pilots’ satisfactory against the management system in the Air Force and its quality. Thus, a model of the qualification theory type I regarding to the pilots’ satisfactory level can be generated.
The results of this study are as the following:
1. According to the differences among the five categories in PZB, Air Force pilots are the mostly satisfied with GAP3 “The difference of the implementations of the policy” while GAP4“The difference of communications (message delivery)” appeared to be the least one. From the average of the twenty-six concept, the pilots are the happiest with GAP5 “the safety” and GAP3 ”the ambiguity of role playing” while GAP4 “the horizontal communication” and GAP1 “vertical communication and feedback” are not as appealing.
2. Regarding to the basic factor analysis, strong differences appear except the marriage and the current responsibility factors. Furthermore, pilots as Major and Lieutenant Colonel with 8 – 20 years of work experience showed great unsatisfactory levels towards “reliability” and “horizontal communication”.
3. The result of multi-variate analysis (the quantification theory I) pointed out that GAP1 “Air Force management recognition difference” is the most crucial factor influencing the pilots’ satisfaction level towards PZB. The following is the quantitative model:
GAP5=2.97984-0.5044X11-0.0293X12+0.2787X13-0.3874X21-0.0102X22+0.1514X23-0.3965X31-0.1111X32+0.3243X33-0.3713X41-0.0547X42+0.3067X43
This study therefore established the quantitative model of job satisfaction of pilot based on data collected form 501 completed and effective questionnaire. The decied coefficient (the coefficient of judge) R2=0.6545。
