Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業工程與管理學系碩士班 === 94 === This study applies Habitual Domain (HD) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as the main principles. First, the factors affecting customer satisfaction are screened out among the collected literatures; then the material supplier evaluation model in steel industry is generated by combining Expert Interview and Habitual Domains. This model contains four aspects, which are Quality, Price, Lead Time, and Service Capability, and they derive 11 standards. Then, the software of Expert Choice 2000 working in Windows is used to quantify the experts’ subjective opinions objectively, to calculate the weight of each regulation exactly, and to form the layered structure of the material supplier evaluation mode reasonably. By means of the prior procedures, the purpose of looking for optimal material suppliers can be achieved, and the efficiency of evaluating material suppliers can be exalted. As the results of the study, the four aspects valued by the experts are the Quality, Price, Lead Time, and Service Capability in order. Among the 11 standards, the first five items which the experts most valued are Product Selling Price, Product Damage Rate(as Product Yield), Discount with Quantity, Product Dimensions within Tolerance, Accurate Product Lead Time. Through induction, the standards have a close relationship with the aspects of price & quality. The data and results collected during the research could be provided to the later researchers for reference, and the developed evaluation table could be used to appraise the material suppliers for the committees.
